1. Access to our site

2 Transactions via our website and our liability
2.1 We are the introductory agent for providers of rubbish removal services. On their behalf, we have permission by these providers to enter into a contract with yourself. Your booking enquiry will be accepted by us, then you will be allocated an appropriate service provider (Provider). Once done, we will email a booking confirmation to you.
2.2 Upon agreeing with the Terms, Services and Conditions as well as the terms in the email via the attached link, a contract with the Provider is entered into.
2.3 Sole responsibility for provision of this service rests with the Provider. The Terms, Services and Conditions are legally binding for you.
2.4 For the period of service provision we will be your main point of contact and all your non-cash payments will be processed by us on behalf of the Provider.
2.5 Although every effort is made to choose an appropriate Provider, the Provider has sole responsibility for the service provision.

3 Intellectual Property Rights
3.1 All site content and intellectual property rights are owned by us and protected by copyright treaties and laws.
3.2 You are allowed to print off and download one copy of extract(s) from any page on our site if it's for personal reference.
3.3 In no way must you modify the digital copies or paper issuing of our site materials, nor can you use photographs, video, audio or illustrations separately.
3.4 Our status (as with that of our identified contributors) as the authors of our website content must be acknowledged at all times.
3.5 Under no circumstances can you use any of our site's content for commercial reasons without our clear permission.
3.6 If you download, print off or copy any of our site which breaches these terms, your rights to use our site will be revoked without notice and all copies must be returned or destroyed.

6.2 Our liability for personal injury or death arising from our negligence is not affected, nor is our liability for misrepresentation of a fundamental matter or fraudulent misrepresentation, nor any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

7. Your data
7.1 All data received is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
7.2 By using our site, you agree to said processing and warrant the accuracy of data.

8. Uploading material.
8.1 Whenever any material is uploaded to our site, you must adhere to our content standards.
8.2 All such material will be considered non-proprietary and non-confidential; we reserve the right to copy, distribute and use such information, as well as disclose your identity to any third party in the case of violation of their right to privacy or intellectual property rights.

8.4 Any material that we feel does not comply with our standards can be removed.
